Executive Chef Jeffery Gibbs moved from his home in Daytona Beach, FL to Charleston, SC, in 1992 to attend Johnson and Wales University. He developed his culinary skills at Carolina’s Restaurant and Charleston Chops in downtown Charleston before focusing on special event catering and restaurant consulting. He moved to Elkin, NC eight years ago to open a new restaurant, Twenty One & Main. Today he is expanding down the street combining his creativity and culinary skills to create wood fired pizza in a sports bar atmosphere.
